once your pet gets the job, then you just sit back :) theyre not really doing anything, you just get to collect your sP daily. Dont worry ;)

It should say that your pet has no job. If you click on that, it will take you to a screen where you can apply for jobs. Choose the one that you want to apply for, and click on it. If you get the job, you can go back daily and collect your paycheck. You can also ask for a promotion to get more money, but you risk getting fired instead. If you don't get the job or get fired when asking for a promotion, you just try again later. The higher your pets intelligence is, the easier it will be for them to get jobs/promotions. To increase intelligence, read your pet books. Basically, it's just a way to bring in a little extra sp each day.
