where is the Ocean Depths vending machine? :c

i looked on the map, and it wasn't there. :CCC lol i feel so lame. anyone want to help out?~

is a mirage

It's at the Uncharted Island which is by the Fair Grounds. To get there, you need to have completed the Uncharted Land Map.
