Along with my other issues comes a suspicioun that I may have a kidney stone or two. I've consumed more water in the past week than I have in the past YEAR, and IF I have one, the water would have moved it, right?
Right now, my right side is aching in the general vicinity of the kidney, and there's a sort of stabbing pain there as well.
A sort of burning pain waxes and wanes.
I KNOW I need to go to a doctor, and I'm on the hunt for health insurance (and mentions of good companies would be good), but for now, Subeta's all I've got. :P
appendicitis? isnt a doctor :)
ouch. :(
I had a kidney stone last year and it was the most painful thing of my life. Drinking water (and cranberry juice!!) can help, but it definitely would not move it that fast. Kidney stones usually take anywhere from hours to weeks to pass.
anyway, I would definitely go see a doctor, because it could be a kidney stone or something worse, like your gallbladder or appendicitis.

i was going to say the same thing.
i strongly suggest monitoring your liquid intake to see if it has something to do with your discomfort. if you haven't been drinking enough water (until recently), therein could be your problem. really concentrate on drinking a lot of water over the next month or so and see if that helps resolve the issue.
