In the graveyard, that is where we live. Die...you know. You can be a ghost, vampire, were-animal, demon, or that sort of thing. Usually the ghost can't leave their graveyard, but it varies depending on the circumstances of their burial. They are also inactive during the day(again, usually and depending on the circumstances of burial). The ghost's appearance usually differs, due to the cause of death. (For instance, a ghost that drowned would have seaweed and leeches on them.)

FULL NAME Alivia Jacqui Devoite BIRTHDATE April 7th, 1990 DEATHDATE April 9th, 2009 CAUSE OF DEATH Suicide APPEARANCE Maybe a little too overrated, but still a beauty of her own. Alivia has long, ginger and burgundy curls that hang delicately around her shoulders, and mahogany-colored eyes that reflect her smooth, now pale skin. HISTORY A life of complication is never something to treasure, and Alivia found that out near her 19th birthday. Just a couple days after, she took her own life with a shotgun. Her overwhelming and undeveloped self-esteem drove her to insanity. Every look in the mirror was a glance at a stranger. In complete disregard of her popularity, the only person to attend the wake and funeral was her grief-stricken mother, who later drank herself to her own. PERSONALITY She has an unrequited love for everyone and everything, and clings desperately to what she can't have. Alivia isn't bound to her grave, and her soul brings her such sorrow that she helplessly wanders everywhere, all the time. At night she will visit people in their homes and mourn herself, watching them sleep, breathe, even sometimes bleed. All the things she can no longer do.

OOC: Any chance I could slip in?

Name:Abigale [No last name]

Nicknames: Abby

Born/died: 1990-2004

Cause of death: Drowned in a lake [Abusive parents]

Appearance: Not mine

She wears torn and frayed blue jeans, and a stained gray sweatshirt. She has a blue and brown beaded braclet, and her she's barefoot

History: Her parents were very abusive and strict. Thats all there is to it. One time, her father struck her so hard, it left a moon-shaped scar over her left eye. She died because her father drowned her in a lake. The last time she was in the real world, was on her 14th birthday.

Personality: Very quiet, and talks to rarely anybody, other than her pet ferret, Skipper. Even though she is the youngest ghost in the graveyard [real-age wise], she acts as if she's older. She is usually picked on by the older ghost, who toture her in some way,

EDIT: Tweeked the profile 6/6 at 11:52 P.M

(OOC: Join please? I hope this is okay.)
Name: Daphne Ann Marsh Nicknames: Danny (while she calls herself that, she is only called that by close friends) Born/Died: 1973 - 1998 Cause of Death: Danny went into cardiac arrest during childbirth and had ventricular fibrillation as she died. Her brain underwent unrepairable damage from the heart failure and her original personality, memories, and outlook on life have changed dramatically. Appearance: Not My Pic Danny is slightly big-boned and she's not the skinniest woman around, but she's happy with herself. She used to have lightly tanned peach skin, but it's turned pale white that's very slightly translucent. Danny's hair is slightly long, going down to her shoulders, and is dark brown with natural red highlights. Her eyes are a vibrant icy blue that shine even more since she has died, and almost seem to glow. (She is wearing this while as a ghost.)Danny wears a long shirt-dress over jeans with bangles around her wrists, a white chip shell necklace around her neck, and a class ring on her middle right finger. Danny still has a lingering 'mother fat' to her figure since she died while essentially pregnant, but it doesn't really bother her or the children that can see her. She normally has a penchant or thinking expression on her face, but grief stricken appearances have shown up more often as the years go by. Danny has learned to never have these expression around the 'younglings' she follows since most of them are afraid of ghosts, and keeps to a charming smile when in the presence of them. (Please ignore the happy expression and the ring on her finger) History: Danny grew up pretty normally, and simply breezed through like for almost 25 years. She got married to her husband, Shaun, when she was 24, and they moved to a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in the suburbs. When she was 25 Danny learned she was pregnant after going into the hospital for a checkup and rushed home to tell her husband. Well, she found Shaun...and another woman. Danny filled for divorce and moved into a small apartment in the city. Her life just went from bad to worse after the split, and it turned into up a never ending downhill roller-coaster. She ended up going into labor almost two months before schedule and during her childbirth, she went into cardiac arrest. Her brain was starting to shut down and the doctors were giving resuscitation, but she went under at 7:35 P.M. July, 1998. Danny's last permanent memory was the cry of her child, just delivered into the world. After that, it was blank for a while. She just floated around in transparent space, watching her funeral and a few neighbors and family members come to the ceremony. Her mind started warping some after that, when she finally realized she was dead and would never see her child. Parts of her mind reverted backwards to an almost childlike state and she seems to not remember most of her past, just that she had a baby while alive. She currently haunts the local cemetery but has yet to make friends with the other spirits not yet passed on. Danny typically stays around her own grave and headstone but has found herself wandering around the whole cemetery while thinking or following children that come to visit. Personality: The brain damage affected only a few parts of Danny's brain, but it was enough to totally change her. Danny currently wastes her time wandering around the graveyard, watching all young children and babies from her headstone or following said younglings. She has an overwhelming urge to take them away from their parents or guardians before she realizes that they are not her child. Danny is mostly solemn and shy around others now, and doesn't like talking about her past life since she can't remember most of it. Some of the local ghosts used to believe she was mute since she never talked to anyone for quite a long time, and even now she only truly opens up around younger living people. She has also been known to randomly sing songs or to play children games such as 'pat-a-cake' by herself or with ghost-sensitive children when she has free time not spent wandering around, looking for her own lost child.

aww. sad... :(

FINALLY got my character figureed out.

Name: Lilien Owens

Nicknames: Lilie

Born/died: December 5, 2002. She isn't dead

Cause of death: um...yeah.

Appearance: Pale ivory-like skin, soft light green eyes (like Amy Lee!), black loosely curly hair that is a little longer than her shoulders.

History: Her parents, Helena (b. September 12 1805, d. 1824) and Jasper Owens*(August 28 1807, d. 1824) are both vampires. NO THEY DO NOT SPARKLE. Anyhoo...Helena was bitten first and buried in the graveyard. She would walk around the city at night, enchanting many men who saaw her. She managed to subside on very few meals of human blood, about once every two months. But Jasper, one of those who had been bewitched unintentionally by Helena, followed her into the graveyard, all defenses were droppped. She warned him about her nature, but he said he didn't care, because he loved her. At this Helena was shocked but too hungry to resist human blod any longer, so she bit him. They lived happily ever after though, and consider themselves married. Years later, they had Lilie, who is not quite human but alive all the same. They live in a cottage in the woods at the edge of the graveyard. *Helena's last name was forgotten in the sleep before awakening to ravenous hunger, as well as other things such asher family/who she was, and some of her motor skills. She had to take a few days to remaster all the movements. Jasper played piano, and did not lose any motor skills but his life became a blurry recollection. He can remember his family, but not any names and the only relationship he has to them is past affection and he gets depressed a bit thinking about how much grief he forced upon them. Helena and Lilie can easily cheer him up- he loves them more than anythiong else in the entire universe.

Personality: Very inquisitive and eager to learn about the world that surrounds her. Jasper teaches her to play piano, and he shows her lots of things about the ocean on his sailboat. She is not exactly shy, but not quick to make friends or be more trusting than she deems right. Once you earn her trust though, she is happy to be around and very, very loyal.
