If you specifically want a Glade Potion, you need to use an Ornate Floral Pitcher. However, if you just want water, you can use most of the empty bottles I believe, such as the Empty Beer Bottle, but the water you fill it with won't have any magical qualities. You can feed it to your pet, however.
