It's up to Keith or Carol or whoever's approving them at the time, but generally speaking yes. If it's denied you get your billboard back, though.

If you have any concern, or maybe wanna make sure before you pay someone to make you a billboard or something, you can make a ticket with a link and ask!

We've had pretty none-subeta related ones before... like the random youtube ones (alongside the rickroll)

and the epileptic seizure inducing ones and the 'YOU LOST THE GAME' ones aren't remotely relevant really either :)
