I know you can get one out of the reading drive shop, but do you think it would sell..? If so, what price maybe?

People are selling their points on the forums, letting the user choose what they want to buy for 90-100 sPs a point right now. So unless you are willing to price it below 1.3M, I doubt anyone will buy it. They can just get it from someone on the boards for that much.

Just start a thread in the Advertising Forums. If you take a look there you will see other people advertising their reading drive (RD) points and kind of get an idea from their threads.
