Can you collect stickers like beanbags and make sP/trophies?

Yes you can :) the only difference is that you need others to put it in your collection :D I believe there aren't trophies for them, nor is sP rewarded. But there are achievements.

You can collect stickers, but you cannot add them to your collection yourself; someone else must add it for you. You can't get trophies from stickers, but you can get achievements from getting stuck.

About the sP bit: I think the OP meant that when you have a certain amount of beanbags, you can get a trophie and sP for it. There is some place you can click and then you are awarded those :3
