see that image above my text that says its not linked properly? shows up just fine on the preferences....any ideas?

Subeta seems to have problems with Photobucket due to capitals in the image urls. You can use TinyURL to shorten the image url(, I meant D:), or upload it to another host such as ImageShack or TinyPic.
