I asked Amber about this once a long time ago and she said she'd run it by Keith. It never ended up back in the cash shop, so I think the answer was no. I ended up just buying one out of shops. At least they do still exist. :)

I would be a big supporter of the shields!! Battlers haven't had much of a break in return of any weapons since the Snowglobe Staff. :D

The most likely instance of it returning will be after thanksgiving, when we do the huge cash shop sale. :)
