Care to Critique Carrot? XD

Hello. This is a character I've created a while ago and just wanted to touch things up if necessary. Please critique her honestly. :3

Appearance: Regardless of pale skin and porcelain features, slender fingers and a delicate body frame, Tarot was blemished with freckles, cuts, scrapes, bruises, callouses and the odd crooked/damaged limb caused by her work with unruly horses. Her hair, even, was not the full, luscious curly mop it should have been but instead a mess of wispy, light auburn curls just barely sweeping her shoulders with random, unruly strands occasionally cast over her only becoming feature: her vibrant, tea green eyes. Raised on a farm in a small, homely village, Tarot was brought up to believe she was the epitome of flaws, not having any physical attractiveness desired by the men. Despite this, the entirety of her body was incredibly low maintenance and she liked that. Her hair, easy to pick(comb), lacked the knots commonly seen in thicker hair; calloused hands could handle pain and heat better; the cuts and bruises served as proof that she was no pushover and the freckles? Well, that was just her inability to tan completely. With a regal posture that would put even a king to shame, one often assumed Tarot had been directly plucked from the sixteenth or seventeenth century what with her haughty choice in clothes--lavish Victorian style--and her inability to speak the modern slang. Whenever Tarot speaks, if at all, her voice is low and raspy, nearly tomboyish--a sound that hardly befits her image coupled with a vocabulary that may appear confusing to many. Donning her five-foot-nine figure were usually casual, long-sleeved, square-necked cotton dresses seen only in a mix of three colors: orange, beige and white accompanied by a beaded, white, lace-up corset.
Personality: To keep it brief, I'll just list some things and expand on them more during posts. Tarot is easily, yet shamefully, influenced. Because of her inability to speak full coherent sentences, she makes large, exaggerated movements to get her messages through. She's hypersensitive, unsociable, dissociative and very, very quiet and this often leads people to believe she is rude. It doesn't help that she has a stubborn streak which is often seen in the obvious tilt of her chin when she ignores you or the subtle lift of the 'cold shoulder'. However, when she is speaking to someone, she usually makes physical contact and looks directly in their eyes. She can call a bluff like no other and is easily insulted, retaliating accordingly. Most times, she isn't one to turn the other cheek. Revenge is a common axiom in her eyes. Er...She can be sweet? Sometimes.. haha. She's also not afraid to smack someone but this action is only carried out on her part when someone is being negative. Through her work with horses, she's become fairly adept at distinguishing a persons emotions and often becomes abrasive as she fights to deal with this persons incongruent emotions.
Carrying: She's pretty useless in the survival part of things, so shes never seen carrying anything useful. There is usually a crop tucked away somewhere.
