Does anyone use them, have used them, heard about them? I'm curious as to what I would look like with green eyes or light brown eyes. I have very dark brown eyes. I'm curious of peoples experiences with them.
I've never used them. I'd like to try them, but just for fun.
I like my eye color. :P
I've been wanting to try them for a long time. I have a friend who uses them to turn her dark brown eyes to gray, and it looks really cool. I don't think I'd wear them all the time though. Just on occasion. =3
, do you know what brand your friend uses by chance?
TBH I don't like them. They look so unnatural.
Although I wear clear ones but I'm going to start using glasses because contacts can seriously fuck your vision up. When I drive at night I have to use my brights to see the street signs properly and whatnot. They're kind of a hassle to be honest especially if you're like me and not careful. :|
I'm rather fond of them... Never used them, myself however. I would for say, Halloween or something of the like. ...I'd much rather get like, movie-set quality ones though... I've seen them before, and I need to remember where.
I'd use them for fun, but not for day to day usage. My friend had a pair that took her eye color from dark brown to bright blue and it looked really weird. There were little yellow dots you could see in her contacts that made her look like she had fly eyes. She probably thought I was a creep because I would always stare at them.
XD In high school my friend had amethyst colored contacts.. I didn't like it xD; I asked her how they felt, and she said they were a bit harder than normal contacts. I would consider turning my eyes to blue but I've heard color contacts aren't so great for your eyes (like with pupil dilation, and how much light enters your eyes)... That might be a thing of the past though :p
You could always ask your optometrist which ones would be good for you c: Do you normally wear contacts/glasses?

I used to have green ones. They looked nice but too unnatural so I got rid of them.
I wanna try out circle lenses though~
- kind of. like, I have driving glasses. Somewhere. o_0 I dont technically need glasses. Though my vision isnt great. They would be purely for show.
And I would get natural colored green eyes or natural colored honey eyes. I'm not looking for lime green or anything. xD
i've never used them, but i photoshop my blue eyes sometimes because i've always wanted different colored eyes!

green! all of my friends thought this was real. i was like...you guys aren't very observant are you :( lmao.
i have a friend with brown eyes who uses blue contacts and frankly, she looks ridiculous. i think the key would probably be subtle changes, like brown to light brown or maybe hazel might look nice but you probably shouldn't go for blue or purple or something.
- your story was funny. lol. I wouldnt go purple because, well, its not really an eye color. I'm just looking to make my eyes more interesting. I wouldnt go blue because I'd look silly with blue eyes. It would obviously not be my natural color.
i think it's worth trying! i don't wear glasses/contacts, but i'd love to give them a shot someday if i can get over my irrational fear of sticking things in my eyes. x_x
I wear one blue contact lens in my left eye. My eyes are naturally hazel. I only wear one b/c I'm blind in one eye. My eye doc got me a blue one because it's easier for me to find if I drop it or something. Which has happened WAY more times than I care to admit hehe. I love mine. Just love it :)
collecting My sister bought some light purple ones last week..
If your eyes are really dark they have a hard time showing colors..
Unless she just bought a really cheap brand XD
I use contacts a lot :)
I got my red & yellow ones for halloween from an Australian website - http://www.clearlycontacts.com.au/.
My white ones came from a stall at a music festival, I don't remember the brand. They were both around $60 AUD per pair.

It usually takes around 5 minutes for my eyes to stop watering & get used to them, but after that I usually can't even tell they're in. Pretty easy to get in too, as long as you don't have a problem with poking at your eyeballs ;)
My friend got colored contacts, a set in brown (her original color) and a set in blue. They were both natural colors, but her eyes looked funky. Like she had Photoshopped her eyes, without a computer. o_o
I've always wanted to try colored contacts.
And I've done my homework; they have contacts that can really subtly change your iris color, and new ones with 3 layers of color so its very natural.
I'd want to try blue, I think. My biological mom has like ice blue eyes, my birth dad has brown, and I have hazel. They get kinda boring sometimes, but I would want to try maybe a light blue or a sapphire blue :)
