Will the Luminaire forum be added soon so we can send gifts?

I don't think there is a Luminaire forum... I don't remember there ever being one. There are boards in the Achievement and Giveaway forums for sending gifts and putting them under trees.

There used to be one because everyone could start topics for gifting.
