SubetaHQ? SubetaHQ has had it's server be up and down for a while. Some days it works, some days it doesn't.

They're just down. It says on their official Twitter.

SubetaHQ is down the majority of the time I try to go there, so I've been using SubetaLodge http://subeta.neolodge.com/index.php It has some pretty cool features, so you should check it out. :)
