on peka glade it say i can use bottles to fill with the water, but what bottles?

You can fill most of the bottles, but the only one that gives a Glade Potion is the Ornate Floral Pitcher.

Nope, no magical water from the other bottles.

It's not really overpriced, considering it's a rare item (r99) and a lot of them were used to make Glade pets already
