I just got an RE where some chick named "Cinthia" gave me a plushie of herself on the main Subeta page. Now, I gotta ask, because the plushie's description says she gives UBs... is she some quest-giving lady? If so, where are her quests? Here's the item for reference (hover over for description):

Toy quests in Pina park next to the trashcan and Hustler. She gives out 'toy' items although no current item with a restocking rarity is Un-buyable with our 50m limit, so no ubs.

Ahh, okay. I guess the description means 100k+ items then?
