1. Is there an advantage for buying guns over balloons or different colors (i.e., is buying a more expensive color somehow beneficial?)

2. What are the prizes for 1000 squirts, and 100 gold trinkets (when you get those achievements)?

1. I don't think so, I bought like 50,000 turquoise ones (not actually 50k but yknow) 2. Achievements board has a thread

100 trinkets turned in, 500 squirts, 1000 squirts.

100 trinkets gets you a Shiny Trinket Sticker. 500 soaks = Shanak 100 soaks = Flowery Lei Collection

EDIT: pumpkins beat me to it. : P

I bought one of the squirt guns and it just had one hit like the balloons. I don't think there is any advantage.
