If you haven't collected all the Treasure Map pieces, can you then activate your Uncharted Land Map pieces anyway?

Yes, you don't need the treasure map to complete the uncharted land map =)

yes you can, as long as you have them all, just go to games, treasure maps, and then the link which says 'omen islands' :)

Yes, you can. Just click over to the Omen Islands map and turn that one in.
