What are all the Trinkets and Relics for? Can you put them in the Gold Trinket Box?

You can't put them in the trinket box, no. You take them to Omen Islands if you've completed the Uncharted Land Map and toss them into the sea for a piece of jewelry.

They are for the Omen Island Gold tossing :] You collect the trinkets and relics and toss them in to get necklaces, bracelets and stuff like that. :]
