yup. you can even create pet names with spaces. :) the people who use underscores, they probably don't know that they can use spaces ;)

Well I used an underscore in my name because... that's just my uname ^^ I keep to a few usernames on all the sites I go on, and spaces aren't useable in most.

Both of these options have several glitches with them, though. They cannot be pinged, and people with spaces may have issues with site events. :)
