How do you get a Glade pet?

Edit:: Also, does it have anything to do with the Peka Glade?

i dont think so. but to change it into a glade pet, you can buy a glade potion. about 33 mil

I knew that much ^^ I just wanted to know if the Peka Glade had anything to do with it. What does the water do then? I have some filled up bottles with the Glade's water.
