Where can i find a techno minion? I'm also wondering what restocking is. Please help.. :'(

It doesn't restock anywhere I believe but you can go to the GeneTech Lab and mix two items together. Torrey Keychain + Toxic Radio Headphones = Techno :)

restocking is basically buying items from the main shops.
