So, I've been training Frith, and today I added up all of his stats, not intelligence, and they equal exactly 100. I still can't get into the Blue Building, though. Does it need to be over 100, or should I just give it time?

Did you include Speed in that calculation? Since it's a newer stat, I don't believe that it counts towards the 100.
