The pet I've been waiting for has exceeding the not been online for more than a year mark but it's not been deleted yet. Does subeta only do it once a month or on a certain day. Does anyone know?

Keith does it manually, currently he is on vacation and he won't be doing so until after he gets back. Even then it might take some time.
