how much are these worth please?

Well, that doesn't matter :P I haven't seen many for sale at all, you can always try pricing it at 50m unless you think you can get more :)

I have one that I was selling not that long ago for 5M and someone posted on the thread saying they sold one for... about 20m I think it was.

I bought from a shop for 20m two days ago... I was desperate to finish my item hunt.
