I know We're not supposed to talk about the blue building but I'm not in yet .My pet has an overall rating of over 100 but there is no blue building achievement. Help?

Speed and Intelligence do not count toward your pets overall rating :) So currently your pet is only at 71.

I knew that intelligence didnt count but I didnt know that speed didn't. You would think it would count too since you have to pay to train it like the rest.

Well, since speed is a relatively new stat, it hasn't been added yet to count towards the overall rating. It might not ever be, for that matter.
