Then I suggest making a Ticket by going to Help, Ticket Center. =)
It's actually not just her not showing up. x__X Amethyst., Adam Lambert Pwns You :3, and Pennywize all aren't showing up. I guess I'll make a ticket but hopefully the crabs don't run out.

have you tried going to the Statistics page in the battle coliseum? That is the first place to try and unstick your pets. If that doesn't work sometimes playing with or feeding them does. After that if you still have no luck, it would be time to file a ticket. (:
