I have been reading books to my pet, Comb, but I'm not getting any Alchemy Points. Are there only certain books that give them or can you get them some other way?

Every 16 IP your pet gets, he/she will get one alchemy point

You should be getting 1 point for every 16 intelligence. Comb's at 14 intelligence, so two more books should do it. :)

hey I'm having trubble with this too... my pet, Ice_krystal, has 21 intelligence points, but I did not get any alcemy point.
