Who is Cinthia and why did she hand me a plushie of herself? O.o I've looked in the Subetapedia, but she's not in the good, bad or neutral characters...? She's not a shop owner that I frequent either... Or a quest (to my knowledge).

So, any knowledge to help me figure her out would be great!

I believe Cinthia is the NPC for the Toy Quests on Atebus.

Oh of course that's her. I feel like an idiot. I don't believe I've ever done even one of her quests since I've joined...
