How do you get them? I can't find a potion, is it a lab only colour?

I'm really wanting to get Star Eeklyps to be Darkmatter but I can't find anything about Darkmatter pets anywhere.

You use a Dark Matter Potion. You can buy them in the Millionaire Center here, link for 4 million.
