The staff said they'd do the sweep with frozen/inactive names and I've heard people say they wanna change their user. How do you do it?

By using an Identity Star Shuriken. =) You can purchase one from the Cash Shop, or from another user via Auctions, Trades or Shops.

Darn >.< Way too expensive.

Worth it, though. I used one last time they cleared.
