I have tried countless times to change my hair. WTF, MAN. I have tried to change it without making a new HA, I have reset the HA and everything, yet it always comes back to me having this stupid brown hair with blue streaks. That was so last avatar ;A; Any ideas with what might be wrong?

You have to use the Hair Salon, only changing your HA won't work. Go to the Hair Salon and either create a new hair and color it or click 'Back to normal please!' which will get rid of your own coloring (the brown with blue streaks).
