How do you get them, I mean where do you go to claim them?

Go to your wardrobe CLOTHES

And then go to INVENTORY.

Interesting, I would go to my Wardrobe then my Vault. All my achievements would pop up on the Vault page. It may be either one, though. Not really sure myself.

The achievements just come up when you exit the wardrobe page after completing, regardless of what page you go to afterwards. Well, as long as it's a subeta page obv :p
