Can you get Experiments with the proper Miracle Potion? (can't remember if it's one or two atm)...

I really want a certain Experiment pet but zapping for it seems unlikely. Just wondering if there's another way to get it ~

Yes. One of my friends got the Legacy Experiment achievements with a MPII back when those achievements were available.
