i'm not sure if this is still from when the 'no-caps' rule was in place or what, but are we not able to have forumtext in all caps? :S every time i try to, it won't work. it shows up in the preview, but not on the actual forums. it's actually pretty frustrating.

it's always been like that, i don't think it's as much a rule as it's a coding thing (could be wrong) the caps problem is why photobucket images can be such a hassle :c

i think plaintext capitalisation works fine though :/ pokes the glacier mahar line in her siggy
