Why doesn't the Token Shop stock Angelic Potions?

Because they're special :P

Angelic Potions usually come from the Cash Shop, but there's an incredibly tiny chance to get them from the Shining Crane as well, from what I've been told.

Cash shop items wouldn't be released in the Token Shop.
