I seem to recall that Cadogres and Endeavors could be created with no gender when they were released.

I currently have my Endeavors Turret and Morality Core, which were created as different species and then elixired. Any way for me to fix them so that they're genderless, no pun intended?

Nope. It only is possible for pets that are botn as Endeavors or Cadogres
