I just bought 9 Uncharted Pieces but I don't know what to do with them now...

You go to Games and click on Treasure Maps. There you choose the Omen Islands link, and you ought to be good.

Go to Games -> Treasure maps -> Omen island There you can have them put together, then you get access to the Omen Island.
