I don't know how to change my characters clothes, when I click on wardrobe it opens a log in page, in the page I'm on. Also how do I edit my signature thing?

Log out, uncheck the Enhanced Security Login button, log back in and your wardrobe should work (there's a thread in Problems & Bugs for wardrobe issues, for future reference).
