Are there any random events that can strike your active pet and change its color? I've got my Glade pet as my active, and I don't want anything to go wrong.

No, there is no event that changes your Pet color/species, don't worry. Subeta doesn't have insane babies with a gun running around and zapping pets XD

There are several REs that affect pets - like random stats increases and treasure spots. I also once had an RE that changed my pet's gender. None that I know of change its colour/species though. Also REs will affect random pets, not necessarily the active one.
