I heard they are hard to sell at 75mil, and easy to sell at 50mil, so I wouldnt recommend paying over the 75 you already offered :x

Last time I asked someone what they wanted for one, they told me 70mil. Which was even too expensive for me :P They sold it now. I don't think you should pay more than what you're already offering
