Is it possible to change ones gender if one is a zombie, or would that cause one to lose ones zombie disease?

I'm fairly sure the only way to lose your zombieness is by taking the cure. :) So you(we? xD) should be safe. Not completely sure though.

No, you definately don't lose your disease when you change your HA's gender. You can only be cured by using the Lamouracillin.

You can't anymore. It was an event in February that was a one-time event. You can only look like a zombie with items.

Taking the cure is the only sure way to be cured for now. :)
