when i've collected all nine pieces what do i do?

You go to Games > Treasure Maps > Omen Islands

I just did this and I cant get to the islands still. Help?

& That's right. You can't access the island right now because of the current Plot. But you can still do Merana's quests if you wanted to do that here and vend at the Ocean Depth Vending Machine (which has moved to Delphi Beach for some time).

If you didn't join Islanders then you can't get in I think...
