So I THINK I know what Bard will be, but I'm going to need a totally off the wall overlay to make him fabulous. :D I'm not sure if I can do it myself, so I'm seeking some overlay artists.

The overlay will probably be more complicated than most. Some recolouring, definitely adding images from glade, slight drawing even required. :) So please be experienced in slightly more complicated work.
