How do you get your pet Galactic?

on the 6th and 7th of each month you have complete a quest for some guy I can't remember and he'll change your pet into galactic.

On the 6th and 7th of each month, visit the Coda Caves on Atebus and complete a quest for Iltallo(sp?); he'll ask for some gems, which you can dig up from the caves every couple of hours or buy from user shops.
