I wish to buy something at the Token shop and I have the right amount of Tokens but when I got there they item(s) are still shaded in. Help?

Everything is currently sold out. The Token shop is randomly restocked, manually by staff.

The Token shop isn't restocked very often and when it is you have to be quick. They announce it in the news when they put in a new item and then sometimes randomly through that day.
