A while ago new names were made available (of poster that were frozen etc.). I was wondering how often this gets done. Does this happen like once a month?

(I'm wondering since I found a name I really like but the owner is frozen, and I'd like to know if it might be worth to wait for it to be available again)

The owner has to have been frozen or hasn't logged in for at least a year and the clearing happens about every 8-12 months I think.

Clearings happen whenever Keith feels like it. This could be once a month, once every three months, etc.

For an account to be cleared it must be inactive for at least 12 months, or Frozen for at least 8.
