Random Event
You notice an odd Aircraft flying overhead, and realise that Calvin Blackmoon's flag is painted on the side. I wonder what he's doing flying around...

this just happened to me... what does it mean?

It's an old random event that has something to do with a restock war that happened years ago, I think. It doesn't mean anything now.
