Does anyone know the actually wait time between going. I've heard thirty minutes to an Hour, and if that's the case I've been over an hour and thirty minutes for me and still not letting me back in..

This is not a bug.

i'm assuming the galley is similar to the coda caves...ie totally random timings...i've been waiting a long time too since my first and only visit...all we can do is keep checking back...
