Do u get more EXP points for beating the same person more than once, because mine dont seem to be going up

You get EXP up the 19th on most, but some stop earlier, and some don't give any at all.

Did you get EXP from Angry Angry Arnold the first and second time? If not, I'd assume he's an opponent that doesn't give EXP.

I dont think he gave me any, or he might of the first time
